About the Role
If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team and an opportunity to create massive impact, look no further. In this role you will be responsible for creating OneKYC platform in GoTo that allows us to verify real identities of our customers and help us build trust with them and give them seamless access to vast use cases related to payments and financial services. OneKYC platform will not be limited to Payments & GTF but also wider use-cases in GoTo across customers and merchants. You will be working with teams in Indonesia, India & Singapore including Data, Compliance and Regulations, Business and other Product units in GoTo that leverage the capabilities of the platform and help shape the future roadmap.
What Will You Do
- Create, own, and execute a multi-year product roadmap aligned with the long term company strategy
- Influence peers, stakeholders, and key executives through the use of data, logic, and user empathy
- Own key results for your problem area, customer satisfaction, usability, on-time releases, and other critical metrics
- Develop trusted relationships with engineering leaders, business leaders, and stakeholders to drive optimized product delivery
- Work with Compliance, Risk and other local regulatory bodies to evangelize the KYC products for GoTo that drives the financial inclusion for Indonesians
- Convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner to cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage prioritization, product definition, execution, roll out and impact analysis for each of the initiatives that are owned by your problem area
What You Will Need
- At least 6-10 years of product management experience in delivering highly successful and innovative consumer Internet/platform products with high scale and impact
- Ability to break down complex problems, identify use cases and solutions while working in an unstructured environment
- Nuanced understanding of data, design, research, software engineering, business processes, and partner effectively with those teams
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements and features
- Understanding/Exposure working with compliance & risk teams would be a plus
- Strong communication skills to weave strategy, insights, priorities and plans forward into a structured and organized storyline at all levels of management
- Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to insist on high standards and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
About the Team
The Payments team in GoTo Financial spans both customer payments (GoPay e-money and wallet) and merchant payments (online payments via Midtrans and offline payments via Spots). GoPay is South East Asia’s fastest-growing consumer payments and financial services app and serves tens of millions of registered users on a variety of payment avenues, providing the most convenient payment methods in South East Asia. Midtrans is one of the largest payment gateways in Indonesia. Spots is the largest offline network for payments in Indonesia.
We have helped simplify payments for over 750,000 merchant partners, over 1,000,000 driver partners, and millions of customers - from the bike drivers down your street to your favorite Gorengan and Martabak stalls. But, the growth of Payments does not stop here. We intend to become the largest payment and financial services group in Southeast Asia.
We want GoPay to be the hub of all digital payments made by our users. In fact, when it comes to spending money, GoPay should be their first and only choice. Verifying the real identity of our customers & merchants is key to creating a trusted network that get access to range payments and financial services features.
