Manager on Duty - AYANA BALI

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Manager on Duty to work with our Rooms team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
• Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies
• Uphold and enforce company policies
• Address employee complaints or performance issues as needed
• Check in with employees regularly to determine satisfaction
• Schedule shifts
• Address customer issues and complaints
• Schedule regular maintenance and cleaning of facilities
• Meet regularly with upper management to stay informed on company issues
• Oversee security of the facility

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
• Experience in operating OPERA system.
• Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields.
