Job Overview:
As a Sales & Operations - Live Commerce, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our live commerce platform.
You will be responsible for both driving sales through live commerce channels such TikTok and others channels, Optimizing our live commerce operations, including sales strategies, planning, also partner management. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and ensuring the success of our live commerce E2E solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving Sales:
- Utilize live commerce channels (e.g TikTok and others) to actively generate and boost sales also gathered new clients.
- Streamlined Execution:
- Ensure the flawless execution of live stream commerce events.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operation/Store Ops/Brand team/CS and Partners) to ensure smooth & seamless execution of live commerce events.
- Holistic Approach:
- Employ a unique blend of sales expertise, operational management skills, and a deep passion for enriching live shopping experiences.
- Optimizing Operations:
- Lead efforts to optimize live commerce solution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners (Agency).
- Market Expansion:
- Play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence within the live commerce industry.
- Contribute to achieving the overarching success of our live commerce solution.
In this role, your dynamic contributions will be integral to enhancing live commerce solution and driving sales.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience relevant work experience in end-to-end live streaming operations, event and content production, broadcasting, advertisement, or related field.
- Proven experience in live commerce, e-commerce, or digital marketing, with a track record of successful sales generation through live streaming channels.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies specific to the live commerce industry
- Familiarity with various live streaming platforms and understand on how to leverage them for sales and engagement
- Experience in operational management to ensure the smooth execution of live commerce events.
- Strong collaboration and management skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, store operations, brand teams, customer service, and external partners (e.g., agencies).
- Familiarity with the technology and tools necessary for live streaming and e-commerce, including analytics and data-driven decision making
- Experience in creative industry (e.g. marketing agency, TV channel) would be beneficial.
