Mainstream Support Executive berfokus pada memastikan kelancaran operasi, integritas, dan dukungan pengguna untuk aplikasi iCABS, serta mengelola data dan dokumentasi terkait.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Dukungan Aplikasi dan Manajemen Insiden: Memberikan panduan troubleshooting kepada pengguna iCABS, memastikan layanan helpdesk berjalan lancar dan sesuai SLA (Service Level Agreement), dan mencatat semua insiden aplikasi di Service Now.
  • Manajemen Akses Pengguna: Mengontrol level otoritas pengguna dan memastikan pemberian atau penutupan akses bagi pengguna iCABS selaras dengan fungsi pekerjaan mereka.
  • Integritas Data dan Pelaporan: Memastikan semua data di iCABS lengkap, akurat, dan tepat waktu untuk digunakan oleh manajemen, serta membuat laporan periodik terkait workstream iCABS (Sales, Operation, Finance, Customer Care).
  • Pengembangan Materi Pelatihan: Membuat dan mengembangkan materi pelatihan iCABS yang efektif bagi pengguna RII, dan memastikan semua materi modul tersedia di Google Site (termasuk SPEED Indonesia).
  • Kepatuhan dan Dukungan Proyek: Memberikan dukungan untuk proyek-proyek baru yang berkaitan dengan Proses Upstream & Downstream, dan berkolaborasi dengan Management Representative (MR) untuk memenuhi persyaratan ISO.
  • Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK/sederajat, disenangi D3/S1 jurusan IT/Informasi Manajemen/Administrasi/Accounting/Manajemen
  • Pengalaman min. 3 tahun dalam administrasi sales / operation; disenangi pernah memimpin tim atau projek
  • Memiliki pengalaman dan familiar dengan sistem iCABS
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dasar komputer (Ms. Office dan Google Workspace)
