INDICO is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team on a project basis. You will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models that solve real-world problems while collaborating with various teams to provide actionable insights.
What you will do but not limited to:
- Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
- Conduct experiments to optimize model performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation.
- Monitor and maintain machine learning systems and pipelines in production.
- Communicate findings and present results to stakeholders.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field from reputable university
- Real-world experience in developing and deploying AI / ML applications, both with structured and unstructured data (such as Computer Vision, NLP, LLM)
- Proficiency in programming languages (such as Python, Java, Scala, Rust)
- Strong understanding popular AI / ML frameworks and libraries (such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices
- Understanding in software development practices
- Experience with big data technologies (such as Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
