Responsibilities

  • Retain Point Rewards members, soscom shippers, and marketplace shippers based on volume
  • Manage Point Rewards programs by reporting, monitoring, and analyzing point rewards programs
  • Providing benefits to Ninja Xpress shippers relate to rewarding such as vouchers, good, rebate etc.
  • Providing program to Ninja Xpress shippers to increase their volume
  • Development existing & new (all potential shipper) for increase volume growth and retention rate

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in related field with minimum 2 years experience
  • Experience in conceiving and delivering ideas to internal teams and management
  • Ability to lead multiple tasks and long-term projects efficiently
  • Ability to Excelled with a tight time frame and deliver work on a timely manner and budget
  • Creative and analytical ability
  • Able to work as part of a motivated team
  • Proactive approach, task and results oriented, with dedication to quality output
  • To have the drive and ambition to progress quickly - a real passion for marketing
  • A natural need for responsibility and accountability
