Responsibilities
- Retain Point Rewards members, soscom shippers, and marketplace shippers based on volume
- Manage Point Rewards programs by reporting, monitoring, and analyzing point rewards programs
- Providing benefits to Ninja Xpress shippers relate to rewarding such as vouchers, good, rebate etc.
- Providing program to Ninja Xpress shippers to increase their volume
- Development existing & new (all potential shipper) for increase volume growth and retention rate
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in related field with minimum 2 years experience
- Experience in conceiving and delivering ideas to internal teams and management
- Ability to lead multiple tasks and long-term projects efficiently
- Ability to Excelled with a tight time frame and deliver work on a timely manner and budget
- Creative and analytical ability
- Able to work as part of a motivated team
- Proactive approach, task and results oriented, with dedication to quality output
- To have the drive and ambition to progress quickly - a real passion for marketing
- A natural need for responsibility and accountability
