Loss and Prevention Manager - AYANA Komodo

AYANA Hospitality, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a Loss and Prevention Manager for their AYANA Komodo resort. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the resort's guests and staff while minimizing financial losses associated with theft, fraud, and other incidents. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in loss and prevention management and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement loss and prevention strategies to minimize financial losses and ensure safety and security of all personnel and property.
• Conduct regular audits of security and surveillance systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Train and educate staff on security protocols and best practices to respond to emergencies and potential threats.
• Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or other security breaches and provide timely reports to management.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to identify potential criminal activity and take appropriate action.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to security and loss prevention activities.
• Stay up to date on current trends and advancements in security and loss prevention strategies to continually improve processes and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in loss and prevention management in a hospitality or related industry.
• Expert knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems, and other loss prevention measures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and educate staff on security measures and procedures.
• Ability to analyze data and identify patterns to prevent future incidents.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify potential security breaches before they occur.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
