Job Descriptions:
To develop a deep understanding of e-commerce logistics operations & actively identifying operational issues.
To create and to prepare reports for logistics stakeholders, to ensure all logistics processes are being controlled properly.
To analyze data and to give insights, orientation to improve overall logistics performance.
To involve and support logistics stakeholders in projects and tasks, in order to make sure the business is running well.
To involve in the planning and implementation of projects, to ensure the projects are going in the right direction within the targeted timeline.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
1+ year of experience in e-commerce.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
Demonstrated aptitude聽for analytics. Candidates must have advanced Excel skills and are comfortable with data crunching, able to devise insights and decisions.
Advance skills in Python, R, and SQL is a plus.
Driven individuals with ability to deal with ambiguity and have a solution-oriented, can-do attitude to problem-solving and passion for improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and work out issues with stakeholders.
