Job Description:

• Handle the operations side of a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Review user feedback to drive product enhancement based on market priority and feasibility
• Liaise with teams from different markets to evaluate product pain-points and areas of improvement
• Create business requirement documents to highlight objectives and requirements for each feature request
• Use available data to create insights and formulate growth plan for the product
• Manage projects related to operations and/or technical improvements to the WMS

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with proven business impact; degree in a quantitative field in relevant industries preferred
• Excellent in communication with different stakeholders with experience in project management or customer service is a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the business
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can-do attitude
• Advance Excel skills. Python, R, SQL is a plus
• Good command of English to coordinate with stakeholders from across the region
• Self-starter with strong a sense of curiosity
