Loan Workout Circle Lead (Department Head)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintain for existing phase out loan customers 
• Responsible for achievement of targets set by Management 
• Able to work collaboratively across departments, such as risk, legal, remedial, and compliance, to ensure efficient and effective credit phase out execution Good negotiation skills. 

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master Degree 
• Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or any related major 
• Comprehensive knowledge and strong experience of lending in Banking Industry 
• Having proven experience in building customer loyalty 
• Own and able to develop personal network customer Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
