What Will You Do?
Maintaining and upscaling a quality and engaging education requires a series of experiments and research to introduce new ideas or to clarify puzzling aspects of the classrooms from which students will derive benefit.
As a Live Experiment Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out experiment and research independently or with other stakeholders
- Collecting and logging experimental data
- Conducting statistical analyses of data sets
- Building reliable tools to measure students behavior using Google apps (spreadsheet, studio, analytics, etc.)
- Managing and updating a virtual experiment and research library
About You:
- Bachelor or Master Degree from all majors and/or proven working experience with results to show in delivery of online education in scale
- Proven results in optimizing operations in scale
- Creative problem solving skills very necessary
- Data analytics and analysis tool building using Google Data Studio, Google Sheet or others needed
- Have good attention to detail
- Be gritty and willing to work hard and smart to get the job done
You Will Make Us Go, If:
- You’ve had experience in Education or EdTech
- > 2 years of Teaching or Academic Management experience with proven track record is a plus point
- You have experience working for a startup who have scaled 0 to1
