- Directly engaging the perpetrator/criminal actors (be it internal or external parties) against Moladin in the effort of asset recovery and/or debt-collection with direction from Head of Legal and/or Senior Litigator.
- Coordinating with the internal stakeholder to investigate and navigate a litigation case
- Coordinate with the local Police enforcement in lodging a criminal case with direction from Head of Legal and/or Senior Litigator.
- Represent Moladin in the court of law.
- Cover the JABODETABEK or any outside area to investigate, mitigate and anticipate a criminal activities, and if necessary, other business areas across Indonesia where the criminal activities have happened (hence traveling may be required from time to time).
- Take ownership in Whistleblowing System towards external complaints and internal issues, which also cover manpower legal issues.
- PQE 7+ years, both multi-finance or automotive financing industry & law firm experiences combined – alternatively minimum PQE 5+ years working from a reputable law firm or any technology company.
- Own a PERADI license is a must.
- Great exposure in asset recovery and debt collection.
- Legal acumen in the realm of Indonesian Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Civil Procedure Law, Arbitration Law and Procedure, lodging the formal report of a criminal cases to the local Police, and Manpower Laws.
- Honesty, strong integrity and sharp communication skills.
- Solution provider, able to think and navigate outside the box (within legal corridor).
- Strong skills in drafting legal documents implementing proper criminal and civil law legal theories, with due consideration of criminal act prevention, response against criminal actions, litigation and mitigation plan, and scalability of business growth.
- Laser cut attention to details.
- Excellent Indonesian and English language skills (written and oral).
- Pass Moladin fun written test.
- Master's Degrees or foreigned university graduates would be a plus (but mind you, it will not be determining factor in your recruitment process).
