About The Team
Our in-house legal team is dedicated to providing top-notch legal services for our company and its subsidiaries within the exciting field of fintech and peer-to-peer lending. We handle both litigation and non-litigation work, ensuring that our company is fully supported in navigating the complex legal landscape of this rapidly-evolving industry. Our team is comprised of highly-motivated professionals who are committed to staying at the forefront of the fintech field and providing insightful legal guidance to our organization and its subsidiaries engaged in the same field.
About The Role
As a Litigation Specialist, you will play a vital role in our company by providing expertise in both criminal and civil litigation, as well as assisting the police officer. This role requires an attorney with experience in conducting litigation, building strong legal logic, and a mastery of relevant regulations. You will be responsible for representing our company in court and negotiating settlements, in addition to providing guidance to other departments on legal matters. This is an opportunity for a results-driven and experienced attorney to join our team and make a significant impact in the legal field.
What you'll do:
- Provide advocacy and guidance on criminal and civil law processes faced by the company at branches, areas, and at the head office. Additionally, you will share your knowledge of litigation law with branches, areas, and centers for properly implementing the company's work system and organizational mechanisms.
- Act as a trainer for Legal Aspects in the field of Litigation within the company, you will be responsible for analyzing legal cases, providing solutions based on statutory regulations, providing support to the Operations, Marketing, and Collection Departments in handling cases, and providing legal opinion on litigation cases that occur in the company.
- The role also offers a challenging opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience in fintech products and ITE law, money laundering law, fund transactions law, and many others.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum possession of a Bachelor's degree in Law preferably from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation.
- Willingness to travel out of town when necessary.
- Possession of a SIM A driver's license.
- Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong networking skills with related agencies.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Jurat of Affidavit (Berita Acara Sumpah).
- Membership in the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) is required.
- Prior experience in resolving disputes is highly preferred.
