As a Lending Operations Intern in the lending team at BukuWarung, you are the primary point of contact between our merchant customers and BukuWarung. Your role is to ensure that the customer has a smooth journey right from starting the loan application and answering any queries related to the loan product, to ensuring that the customer completes the loan application and repays the loan.
Job Description
- Make inbound/outbound calls to the merchant customer to answer any questions related to the loan product
- Ensure the merchant customer completes the entire loan application process and submits all the necessary documents
- Checking the validity of filled data and supporting documents (KTP, NPWP, etc.)
- Updating loan application status and all document collection in system tracker
- Messaging borrowers via Whatsapp after completing each touchpoint in the lending process
- Persuading borrowers to renew the loan after repaymentCommunicating to lending partners if necessary
Qualification
- 1-2 years experience in related project
- Bachelor’s degree from top tier university / college (preferred)
- Extraordinary students/ fresh graduates are welcomed
- Interest in SME lending operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Has excellent communication, negotiation, networking, management, and critical thinking.
- Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment
- Fluent in English, both oral and writing
