Lending Circle Lead

The Lending Circe Lead will focus on managing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, both new and existing.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining existing phase-out loan customers
- Responsible for the achievement of targets set by Management
- Able to work collaboratively across departments, such as risk, legal, remedial, and compliance, to ensure efficient and effective credit phase-out execution
- Good negotiation skills
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree from Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or any related major
- Comprehensive knowledge and strong experience of lending in the Banking Industry
- Having proven experience in building customer loyalty
- Own and able to develop a personal network of customers
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
