It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku. 

In January 2020, we had a successful Initial Public Offering and raised more than 209 billion rupiahs in funds from our public stock offering, more than we targeted to achieve. Recently Amar Bank was awarded as The Best Bank in Mortgage 2020 Book 2 category by 2002. In early July, we launched our newest innovative product named Senyumku in addition to our existing other products such as Tunaiku, Nabungyuk, and Tunaiku Invest. Today we have more than 1000 employees and that number keeps growing.

Job Description

  • Responsible for increasing the number of new loan customers
  • Responsible for achievement of targets set by Management
  • mplementing work plans and marketing strategies for loan products that are effective and in accordance with market segmentation (SME & Commercial)
  • Prepare, process, and analyze loan application proposals
  • Responsible to make Credit Proposal (New and Renew)
  • Examine possible credit structure which it suits the best for the Customer and the Bank Determine creditworthiness

Requirements

  • - Proven work experience as a Head of Area or related is a must
  • Experience in SME & Commercial products for at least 10 years
  • Having an SME & Commercial customer database
  • Bachelor Degree in any fields
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Decision-making skills
We exist to foresee business opportunities and strategize a business plan to create valuable marketing actions. We are also called commercial or corporate banking and provide financial and advisory services to small and medium businesses.
