About Fazz
Fazz is an ecosystem of financial services that comprise Fazz (Business account for Southeast Asia), StraitsX (Payments infrastructure for digital assets), and Modal Rakyat (Mutual cooperation funding for MSMEs) founded in 2016, as a result of a merger between PayFazz and Xfers, two Y Combinator alumni based in Southeast Asia.

What you'll do:
- Provide legal services, including advisory services, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing, legal analysis, product exploration, and risk identification.
- Maintain close relationships with stakeholders and manage team members.
- Offer versatile advice and consider various perspectives, including those of the business, merchants, and customers.
- Collaborate with external parties as deemed necessary.
What we're looking for:
- A minimum possession of a Bachelor's degree in Law preferably from a reputable university.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of law, with a preference for experience in a multi-finance company.
- Strong interest or experience in corporate law and financial technology.
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
- A strong team player, ambitious, and passionate about the law.
- Highly responsible, motivated, independent, and able to adapt to a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to haves:
- Familiar with OJK regulations, especially for multi-finance and Peer to Peer Lending.
- Has experience in liaising with regulators, especially the OJK.
