About the Team
Join our dynamic and collaborative team of credit and legal professionals as we work to meet the business needs of the multi-finance industry. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the preparation of loan agreements, loan and collateral signings, and documentation of agreements and collateral documents. Your attention to detail and commitment to compliance will ensure that all requirements are met and the necessary steps are taken to secure a successful loan. About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Legal Operations Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the multifinance product, including the scheme and flow of the multifinance process.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal reviews for a diverse range of customers, including both companies and individuals, and any type of collateral. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the creation of offering letters, credit agreements, and collateral agreements (Cessie, Fiduciary, Mortgage rights).
Furthermore, you must have a thorough understanding of the techniques used for binding collateral, including lands and buildings, fiduciaries (account receivables, inventory, heavy equipment, vehicles), personal guarantees, and company guarantees.
What you'll do
- Conducting legal reviews based on requests from the business unit.
- Preparing all necessary documents needed for signing the loan and collateral agreement
- Maintaining all loan documents, including loan agreements and collateral agreements, in an organized and accessible manner.
- Coordinating with the notary to ensure the proper registration of collateral agreements, and completing the registration process on the HT online platform.
What we're looking for
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- A minimum possession of a Bachelor's degree in Law preferably from a reputable university
- At least 3-5 years of work experience as a legal credit professional in the multi finance or banking industries
- Creative and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A strong sense of discipline and attention to detail
- Analytical and innovative mindset
- A great willingness to learn and a strong drive to succeed
