Job Description
- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics particularly in legal banking issue;
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations in general banking areas;
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues;
- Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.),
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights;
- Manages Legal projects and ensuring the compliance of the company;
- Develop and implement company policies and regulations;
- Represent the company for any legal matter / dispute arises
Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor of law from a reputable universityMinimum 5+ years working experience in the relevant position
- Preferably having a significant exposure /experience in the financial services industry (banking exposure is a must)
- Able to work independently with outstanding communication skill
- Ability to learn quickly, attention to detail, prepared to be involved in the business process and to drive improvements
- Professional English proficiency.
