Legal Manager

Job Description

• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics particularly in legal  banking issue;
• Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations in general banking areas;
• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues;
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.),
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights;
• Manages Legal projects and ensuring the compliance of the company;
• Develop and implement company policies and regulations;
• Represent the company for any legal matter / dispute arises

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor of law from a reputable universityMinimum 5+ years working experience in the relevant position
• Preferably having a significant exposure /experience in the financial services industry (banking exposure is a must)
• Able to work independently with outstanding communication skill
• Ability to learn quickly, attention to detail, prepared to be involved in the business process and to drive improvements
• Professional English proficiency.
