Job Description:
- Assist to review and execute agreements and contracts
- Assist in drafting advise on a variety of legal issues
- Assist in localization of new policy wordings
- Work alongside employees in Business Units, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Claims, IT and other departments
- Manage deadlines
- Assist to explain legal language
- Assist to ensure legal objectives and corporate policies are met
- Research legal issues impacting the organization by identifying applicable laws and regulations
- Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company and its affiliates
- Assist to perform pre-litigation work to minimize risks and maximize legal rights
- Assist to review advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Assist to develop solutions to complex legal questions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable law school
- Previous experience in Major or Mid Size Law Firm
- Experienced in handling transactions (M&A, Capital Market etc)
- PERADI License
- Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English is required
- Self-starter with the curiosity, capacity and willingness to learn at a fast pace
- Collaborative, hard working, easy-going and a team worker
