What will you do?
- Maintain corporate legal documentation & contract management for our Singapore & Indonesia companies
- Assist in due diligence for Group fundraising
- Being the first point of contact for legal related matters, and to liaise internally with fellow legal teams;
- Providing day to day administration and support for data management & contract management processes;
- Review of standardised contracts in accordance with our contracting policies
- Collaborate with departments to resolve their needs namely creating our standard agreements and other such documents;
- Implementing new processes and software to optimise legal operations
What are we looking for?
- Candidates must Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.
- 1-3 years minimum experience in a law firm, banking/financial institution company, peer to peer company would be considered as an advantage.
- Based in Jakarta, and available to work from our office.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google docs, Google sheet, and google calendar.
- Strong skills in drafting legal documents and highly attention the details.
- Good communication and tight on deadline.
- Strong written English and preferably spoken too.
- Not only smart but have good attitude.
