- Makesure all the legal documents related to business cooperation with third parties are well executed and properly documented
- Liaison to OJK and association as well as OJK reporting
- Review and monitor current process and align with the regulatory standard
- Improvement of the current process related to regulatory compliance
- Familiar with corporate action especially on M&A
- Min bachelor's degree in Law
- At least 8 years of working experienced in related position
- Understanding current regulation landscape
- Able to establish good relations with external and internal parties
- Preferably legal background from financial services, banking, financial technology, and insurance technology
