Review all legal documents
Makesure all the legal documents related to business cooperation with third parties are well executed and properly documented
Liaison to OJK and association as well as OJK reporting
Review and monitor current process and align with the regulatory standard
Improvement of the current process related to regulatory compliance
Familiar with corporate action especially on M&A

Min bachelor's degree in Law
At least 8 years of working experienced in related position
Understanding current regulation landscape
Able to establish good relations with external and internal parties
Preferably legal background from financial services, banking, financial technology, and insurance technology
