Assist the Legal Manager in ensuring efficient legal support for operational business activities, license compliance, case management, and legal database maintenance, ultimately contributing to the group's legal objectives and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.


Job Descriptions :

  • Operational Support: Assist the Legal Manager in providing legal guidance and support for day-to-day operational business activities, including contract drafting and review, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
  • Licensing Support: Collaborate with other departments to address license-related matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing guidance on the acquisition, maintenance, and renewal of licenses and permits.
  • Legal Database Management: Maintain and update the group's legal database, ensuring that it is accurate, comprehensive, and accessible to all relevant departments.
  • Case Management: Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and assist the Legal Manager in managing litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution processes, as required.
  • External Legal Counsel Coordination: Assist the Legal Manager in liaising with and managing external legal counsel, as needed, to ensure timely and cost-effective legal support for the group.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, and assist the Legal Manager in ensuring that the group's policies and practices are updated and compliant.
  • General Legal Support: Perform other legal tasks and projects as assigned by the Legal Manager to support the group's legal needs and objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent from a reputable universities.
  • 5 years of work experience as an in-house counsel in corporate function from financial institutions/lawyer in reputable firm
  • Prior experience in insurance company is a huge advantage
  • In-depth understanding of corporate laws, insurance laws and regulations, as well as legal procedures
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
