Job Description
● Work with managers to determine training needs.
● Conduct group & individual training sessions.
● Design and implement training program. Prepare educational material such as module
summaries, videos etc.
● Plan and schedule training sessions.
● Collect feedback from sellers and identify the issues they had during the process.
● Maintain and update records of training material.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of a sellers' environment.
● Track and keep sellers' attendance.
Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields from a reputable university.
● Proven 2-4 years of experience as a Training Specialist, Sales Trainer or a similar role.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills.
● Ability to design effective seller training programs.
● Ability to motivate others to improve their skills.
● Excellent time management and ability to multitask as and when required.
● Excellent presentation skills.
● Great interpersonal and organizational skills.
