Responsibilities :

• Support team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration, attendance form, and feedback.
• Manage and monitor L&D team communication across different contact channels (LXP platform, email, open chats)
• Managing and monitoring course release calendars and communication of training content in the online training platform.
• Tracking training hours across all training programs managed by the L&D team.
• Preparation of reporting or data required for L&D team projects.
• Designing communication plans for L&D projects (basic level).
• Operational management of external training providers.

• Have interests in L&D
• Fluent in English
• Have good Excel, and Powerpoint skills
• Be well-organized, proactive, open-minded, highly responsible, and supportive.
