Support Learning & Development initiatives, including mandatory compliance training and upskilling programs.
Become a moderator and support the planning and execution of learning events and programs.
Develop and improve internal knowledge management resources, especially on banking trends and competencies.
Maintain L&D reporting and use data to measure learning effectiveness and impact.
Initiate and pilot creative ideas for People Development programs to address skill gaps.
Active student (Min. 7th semester & no active classes) or Fresh Graduate from any major.
Demonstrated proficiency in Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving, Exceptional Communication, Strategic Planning & Organizing, and strong Data Savvy mindset.
Fluency in English (both written and oral) is mandatory for internal and external communication.
Highly proactive, self-driven, and possess Attention to Detail, crucial for compliance and data integrity in banking
Availability to commit for a period of 3 to 6 months internship period.
