We’re looking for a Learning & Development Intern to join our Program & Content Development team, to develop high-quality programs and support GEC to become the #1 “Go-To-Destination” for young professionals to develop their skill set to meet industry needs and realize their potential.
In this role, you will:
- Support Learning & Development team by doing research and giving recommendations for client’s program proposal.
- Develop and manage several types of learning and evaluation tools for client programs, such as tests, worksheets and activities.
- Handle the operational preparation of specific projects for specific B2B clients.
Who We Are Looking For
- Having an interest in education products, preferably from Psychology major
- The ability to write and speak in English is a must-have.
- Creative minds who are eager to look for fresh ideas, current trends, and different insights about various topics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the possibility of having several responsibilities at one time.
- Must have a positive attitude.
