Job Descriptions:
- Support team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration, and feedback.
- Support team to maintain trainees' learning progress and history.
- Develop a strategy to establish training based on employee's learning needs
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or Final Year student who's pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or related major
- Have interests in developing people
- Have good computer skills (MS Office, Canva)
- Be well-organized, proactive, open-minded, highly responsible, and supportive
- Prior experience in HR field will be a great plus point
- Can join immediately
- Willing to work in Hybrid working arrangement (Jakarta Barat)
