Lead Product Manager

The product manager who will come aboard with us will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing our rider-facing products. These products are a key part of Beam’s demand generation strategy and help drive rider acquisition, retention, and usage of our platform.

We are operating in eight countries and this role would have a global influence as the team works very closely with all our units across these countries.

You will be working with a cross-functional team of engineers and designers on products that need to be developed from scratch as well as larger products that are already delivering immense impact and need to be taken to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
• Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• At least 7 years of working experience with minimum 3 years of experience in product management
• Previous work on data and experimentation products would add value but is not mandatory
• Background in software development and program management is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile framework
• Organizational and leadership abilities
