As Lead of Premium Lender Clients, you will be in charge of acquisition of new individual premium lender, managing relationship and grow portfolio of existing individual premium lender.
You will play role to lead team of relationship managers. You will also work alongside other functions such as Operations, Insurance, Risk, Data Science to gather support from relevant stakeholders to ensure disbursement contribution supported by your account.
Responsibilities:
- Leading team of relationship managers to
- Acquire new individual premium and power lender
- Managing relationships of individual premium and power lender including conduct regular update and handling complaints
- Grow portfolio of existing individual premium and power lenders
- Increase numbers of active individual premium and power lenders
- Ensuring relationship managers productivity and activities to support
- Liase with relevant internal teams to support the achievement of business goals
- Should have at least 5 Years of working experience in banking/financial industries is preferrable
- Proven track record in acquiring and relationship management of high net worth individual
- Sensible business acumen and strong negotiation skill; comfortable working in a fast pace work environment and lean team organization structure
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A team player with outstanding initiative and be a self starter, team spirit, ability to work under minimum supervision
- Fluent in professional as well as colloquial Indonesian and English
- Motivation to deliver the best client experience
- Strong excel skills (pivot, vlook up, hlookup, charting, and other basic Excel functions)
