Lead Generation Leader

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Leader to join our team, to drive and manage the lead generation process.

The ideal candidate will excel in data management, research, and analysis to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role requires daily engagement with lead generation tools and technologies to achieve key performance metrics and ensure data accuracy and efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through effective lead generation practices.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead Identification and Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and maintain an updated database of prospects.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with the company's target customer profile.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
  • Data Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track, manage, and analyze lead data, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a small team of lead generation specialists (if assigned).Provide training and support to ensure team members meet performance standards.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in lead generation, data management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Target-driven with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in using web scraping tools or techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and processes.
  • Leadership or team management experience.
