We’re looking for a Lead Consultant to join our Commercial team, to grow and coach a team of consultants and drive sales for the ID Commercial team by providing a world-class end to end Customer and Talent experience.
As a Lead Consultant, you're the vital link between clients and candidates. Lead Consultant is very different from HR, TA or internal recruiter. Instead of doing it with a psychological approach, Consultant will use sales techniques and networking to attract potential talents for our hiring partners.

What You'll Be Doing
- Acquiring new hiring partners and doing end to end client management to fulfill the hiring needs
- Hiring and managing Fulfillment team
- Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
- Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward
Who We Are Looking For
- At least 2 experience working within sales activity
- Minimum has 2 years of leadership experience (leading a team)
- High EQ and ability to adapt with technology and people
- Must have a passion and committed for sales processes
- Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing and iterating. Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage.
- Recruitment consultant experience would be preferred
