As a fast growing start up, one of our core needs is to keep developing our service and capacity to provide the best experience for our users . As the KYC Executive, you will be responsible for KYC and KYB verification during the user onboarding process.

Responsibilities

Perform verification process on user on-boarding, e.g KYC, KYB, QRIS Registration etc
Liaise with merchant success team and/or other task force teams for the verification update status
Liaise with product team for any improvements activities on KYC/KYB tools
Perform analysis on rejection reason and liaise with other stakeholders for improvement activities
Perform reporting on performance metrics e.g rejection rate, productivity rate, processing time, etc

Requirments

Fresh graduate are welcome
Having good logical thinking and able to work in efficient manner
Having data processing skill in excel and spreadsheet
Meticulous and having high endurance to verify KYC/KYB daily
Able to coordinate with several teams in relation to KYC/KYB status & improvement activities
Having experience in KYC/KYB verification process is a plus
