Job Descriptions

Responsible for contacting KOL
Handle payment administration, sending PR Package to KOL, etc
Responsible for preparing contract for KOL
Monitoring the collaboration process with KOL
Helping team with the administration and manage KOL database

Requirements

Have min 1 year experience as KOL Admin, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Have a good communication and negotiation skills
Skilled in Microsoft Excel
Detail oriented and organized, have experience to maintain database
Knowledge of websites, social media and other media.
Willing to do WFO (our office is located at Blugreen Integrated Office, Jakarta Barat)
Able to join ASAP
