We’re looking for a Key Account Lead to join our Sales team in Indonesia, to build repeatable, scalable and predictable outbound BD-Enterprise engines.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build (hire, groom and retain) world-class A player most customer-obsessed client success team which have the best interest for customers
- Build strong Key Account Management core fundamentals direction, including setting the right system and processes to scale the team and whole clients at Glints
- Build strong and happy customer base at scale
- Collaborate with multiples stakeholders; BD team, Recruitment team, Product marketing team, etc to ensure we the highest customer satisfaction are achieved
- Manage and lead the Key Account Managers to drive and meet the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets
- Improve Team Productivity & Conversion rate of each sales stage
Who Are We Looking For
- Min. 5 years of working experience in Key Account Management function
- Strong preference to those with client success/account renewal related experiences/farming experiences at scale. Acquisition experience (hunting) works too
- Proven experience in building, training and leading a sales team to successfully achieve top-line targets
- Strong systematic thinking skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated track record of career excellence
- High attention to detail, with a process-driven and solution-oriented mindset
- A strong command of English is a must have
