- Leading product launch, project implementation, and market expansion.
- Prepare launch plan, manage the execution, propose operational flow for cross functional processes, prepare dashboard and reporting to monitor performance tracking post launch.
- Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop analysis that lead to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of incentives and operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization for various processes.
- Lead preparation of cross functional weekly / biweekly cadences. This includes providing of timely and accurate financial management information and analysis for performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Implement, and refine strategies to mitigate fraud risks.
- Conduct thorough analysis of transactional data to identify unusual patterns, potential fraud cases, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and assess changes in regulations and compliance requirements to ensure that strategies align with regulatory guidelines.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant workstream (E-commerce, Logistics, Management Consulting, Project Management).
- Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
- Have experience on fraud detection, risk management, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong in multiple tasks and able to manage projects end to end.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
