The candidate will be responsible for handling one of Kuncie's retail business line: Cohort Based Online Learning.
This business line is in an early stage validation process, where the product is centered around an enablement service for Mentors to easily hold classes and reach their intended audience. Currently, the product objective is to obtain market validation and identify opportunities to scale.
Scope of Work
Business Validity and Analysis
- Collaborate with research & data division to conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, industry dynamics, and competitor offerings.
- Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitor strategies to inform product decisions and drive competitive positioning
- Stay updated on market changes, shifts in learner preferences, and industry best practices.
Commercial Calculation
- Identify data points and work with cross functional teams (when needed) to gather those data points to create an accurate commercial calculation and analysis for the business line and its products to provide a view into the business line's profitability and its drivers.
Product Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product strategies that align with market demands and learner needs
- Define product positioning, target audience segmentation, and pricing strategies. Identify opportunities for new business models, alternative programs, or partnerships to expand Kuncie's product offerings.
Performance Tracking and Analysis
- Ensure strategy & supervise the execution to achieve revenue target. Track and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and competitive landscape
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting areas of success and recommending strategies for improvement
Program Management
- Map out a business line's operational process and identifying mechanisms to improve the efficiency of said process and scale it up; increasing production without increasing cost in direct proportions
- Work with cross-functional team to implement the process design, measure its' effectiveness, and iterate as needed.
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with relevant experience from a reputable university
- Business Major graduates preferred
- Prior 2-3 proven years of working experiences in strategy or business product development role
- Experience in management consulting or entrepreneurship preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles
- High degree of empathy for others’ perspectives and circumstances
- Sharp negotiation tactics
- Proficiency in report generation using Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides
- Proficiency in numerical analysis using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Proficiency in structured, analytical, and critical thinking
