We are looking for Junior Mentor Management who will be responsible for partnering with potentials mentors and set the partnership to success.

Responsibilities

• Look for a potential mentors for the course lists
• Negotiate payment and other terms to potential mentors
• Ensure the contract’s terms and conditions are met
• Coordinate with another team to make engaging content and marketing plan for influencers/mentors
• Identify potential talents, partners and partnership scheme for user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetary system
• Set metrics, monitor, and evaluate partnership effectiveness
• Establish contact with industry professionals and influences to create a strong network
• Collaborate with existing and new mentors to identify projects for support and work with them to achieve business goals

Skills and Qualification

• Min. bachelor degree
• Excellent in managing project efficiently
• Have 1-2 years of working experience in the same field
• Experience in education industries and having knowledge in elearning
• Experience handling KOL is a plus
• Has relation with ASN is a plus
• Strong proficiency in English and Bahasa (both written and spoken)
• Able to join ASAP (November)
