To provide seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives, also implements and plans the solutions for e-commerce.
What you will be doing
QHSE
- Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
- Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility
- Ensure the compliance with applicable legal requirements
Responsibility
- Warehouse Solution Engineering:
- Develop & organize warehouse Operation Data Collection process by co-operation with warehouse operation team
- Maintain & Ensure the “Accuracy” of WH operation data by constant verifying & auditing
- As “Process Engineer” to analyze data from all perspectives, volume forecast, productivity, unit cost, profit generation etc.
- Provide Quantitative Analysis result to support management decision on any efficient improvement or cost reduction project.
- Support the “Development & Implementation” of new process
- Support operation team to revise SOP and WI manual
- Management Reporting:
- Analyze the root cause for low target Index, KPIs, or Ratio and provide comments and/or correction plan
- Support logistics “Customer Service team” to simplify the report preparation process by using the expertise of software tools.
- Support the development of “New Customized” operation Reports inquired by customers.
- WMS Super-User:
- As “WMS Super-User” to understand the system configuration, logic, data maintenance, and user operation processes.
- Co-operate with local IT and Regional WMS IT team on system: (a) hardware maintenance (b) software upgrade and customization support.
- Evaluate WMS “Customization” requirements from perspective of operation efficiency, cost & customer satisfaction and present and explain proposed solution to key decision makers
- Logistics Business Project Support:
- Support the development of Business & Operational proposals for logistics and value-added supply chain solutions
- Pro-actively analyze customer “Service Requirements” and “Cost Objectives” using RFP/RFQ data, and develop appropriate innovative solutions with well-defined value propositions, Service Level Agreements, Scope of Work etc.
- Consultancy support for customers requiring improvement in their warehouse operation.
- Administration Support to Logistics Department:
- Support QHSE projects & assist to ensure business in accompany with QHSE policies & its objectives
- Any other job as assigned by line manager
Education (academic/professional)
Years of relevant experience (local, regional, global, technical/specialized etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years in Contract Logistics operation and/or project management
- 2 years in Warehouse Operation on-hand experience is a must
Competencies (knowledge, skills and Capabilities)
- Able to work independently and under pressure with minor support from superior.
- Mandarin – Native; English – Medium level
- Working knowledge of WMS
- Quantitative “Data Management” & “Analytical” skill for Operation and Cost Modeling is a plus
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), AutoCAD (2D).
- A team player, good communication & coordination skills; positive attitude on problem solving.
Experienced in cosmetics project operation Solution design is a plus.
