About the role
We are a startup in mission to unlock human potential, empowering people to prosper doing what they love. We are now looking for an exceptional Junior Learning Experience Design Specialist who will play a key significant role in the content team and help understand Kuncie users better in order to create highly engaged contents to set for success.
In this role you will:
- Create engaging courses/modules that are beneficial for B2C and B2B partners.
- Ensure the learning process is easy, fun, and effective.
- Develop new ideas and help shape how new technologies can be used in the modules/courses.
- Work with subject matter experts and identify the target audience’s learning needs.
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods.
- State instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods.
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.
- Coordinate with learning experience designer stakeholders.
Desired Experiences:
- 1+ year of work experience in the Education/Training/Learning Development area.
- Experienced in a startup or high-growth company.
- Bachelor's Degree from any major but preferably from Education or Psychology
- Specialized in Curriculum Design, Education and Training or equivalent
- Experienced in designing training proposals.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to present insights with visuals and data.
