Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Responsibilities
- Configuring and managing network infrastructures and services (Routing, Switching, DHCP Server, NAT, DNS, etc)
- Installing and provisioning various infrastructure devices within the organization, including configuration, installation, and maintenance of network devices (Mikrotik Router, Switch HP, Access Point)
- Responsible for the performances of various systems, and ensuring end-users Laptops/PC is running & monitored well.
- Responsible for day-to-day system administration, including management of internal network, system backups, and rollout and support of desktop devices, including laptops and printers, and productivity tools.
- Deploy and review various endpoint management tools in order to ensure smooth operation and productivity of the end-users.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of Laptop/PC, Printers, Scanners
Requirements
- 1,5 years of working experience in IT system/infrastructure support
- Good understanding and knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, VLAN, NAT, Filtering, Routing, Switching, VPN, DNS)
- Experience with Operating system Windows and Mac OS
- Good analytical and problem-solving thinking
- Familiarity with maintenance and troubleshooting of Laptop/PC, Printers, Scanners
- CCNA or MTNCA certificate is a plus
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written is an advantage is a plus
- Must have a good attitude and be willing to work as an individual or team players.
