Job Purpose:
Jr Technical Support position is responsible for supporting the customer care team & other functions through digital systems and technology in handling customer problems

Your main duties in flying with us:
- Monitoring & following up on the issues from the Salesforce Dashboard (Customer Care ticketing system)
- Monitoring the flight transaction dashboard
- Monitoring and following up the alerts notification when problems occur when ticket bookings are failed to be issued
- Support the QA team to do the system testing
- Support the relevant function to do the checking for any technical issue related to ticketing
- Assist the process of disseminating information (E.g. Email blast or WhatsApp blast) to the customers due to any changes in the Event (To do)
- Support the related function/team to inject the Tiket Points based on ongoing program/projects
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferable from Computer Science/Information Technology
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same scope
- Familiar with programming systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc
- Willing to work on shift mode
- Ability to interact, communicate and collaborate effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Have a willingness to learn and grow
