About the role
As part of the new business initiatives team, you will get a chance to help running pilot projects, experiencing cross function tasks and improving business process. You will work alongside with the Business Development, Product, Operational and Tech team to help Amartha deliver innovative and delightful user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily Operational process to run smoothly
- Becoming part of the establishment of new initiatives, managing end-to-end project flow and making sure that each project is delivered in a timely manner
- Create periodically operational reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Work closely with Business Development, Field Officers, Product, and Tech team to deliver quick response and good customer experience
- Act as Amartha evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Fresh graduates from reputable university
- A Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Have structured way of work and attention to detail
- Have knowledge in Microsoft Office / Google Suits. SQL will be big plus point
- A quick learner and able to communicate for different types of stakeholders
- Have been working in a fast-paced working environment is preferred
