Japanese Guest Relation (Jr. Expat) - AYANA Komodo

AYANA Hospitality is a leader in the hospitality industry and we are currently seeking a Jr. Expat Japanese Guest Relation to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel guests from Japan have a memorable and comfortable experience during their stay. You will serve as a liaison between the hotel and our Japanese guests, providing assistance with their needs and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and be fluent in both Japanese and English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in process
• Provide guidance and assistance to guests during their stay
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
• Handle complaints and concerns in a professional and diplomatic manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests to promote long-term loyalty
• Assist with booking and coordinating guest activities and events
• Assist guests with transportation and airport transfers

• Fluency in both Japanese and English
• Experience working in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented and able to anticipate guest needs
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Flexible schedule and able to work evenings and weekends as needed
