We are looking for a competent IT Support person to provide fast and useful IT assistance and support all IT related problems and queries for our customers and colleagues. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.

The ideal candidate is a graduate with a Degree or Diploma (D3) and must be tech savvy. You must be able to communicate effectively in English to understand the problem and explain its solution.

The goal is to create value for customers that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Communication in English with both internal and external members about our IT Tools, solutions and usage
  • Responsible for writing and presenting information from the IT Engineer to our clients, either by email, Zoom or WhatsApp
  • Responsible for monitoring company devices and ensure robots of automation keep running well
  • A graduate with Diploma (D3) English Language, Communication, IT, or equivalent
  • Excellent English communications skill is a must (written and spoken)
  • Must have good writing skills and present documentation related to our IT tools that will be given to our clients
  • Must be able to work in a night shift as well as in a morning shift
  • Previous experience using Jira (not essential)
