We are looking for a competent IT Support person to provide fast and useful IT assistance and support all IT related problems and queries for our customers and colleagues. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
The ideal candidate is a graduate with a Degree or Diploma (D3) and must be tech savvy. You must be able to communicate effectively in English to understand the problem and explain its solution.
The goal is to create value for customers that will help preserve the company’s reputation and business.
