IT Support is a team professional who performs installation, configuration, and maintenance of various hardware, software, and access and ensures that all matters relating to IT at the company runs smoothly. You will empower our internal employees to execute their tasks well by solving various technical challenges related to hardware, software, and access.

Job Description :

• Responsible to control employee access to all internal tools
• Design and improve the efficiency & control of request access flow
• Solving password problems
• Setting up accounts (Email, Slack, Asana, etc) for new employees
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Recording, monitoring, and maintaining company assets such as assets laptops, PCs, licenses, and tools
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or remote)
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Help software purchasing process for employees
• Running test and research on new potential supporting tools for our employees

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role

• Excellent customer relation skills in order to provide flawless support for them
• Proficient in Windows 7, Linux, IOS, etc
• Good working knowledge of all desktop applications and malware applications
• Ability to load and troubleshoot various software and hardware systems
• Good knowledge of various networking concepts

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal skills and organizational skill
• Skill in bash scripting (or any programming language) is a big plus
