IT Officer | AYANA Midplaza, JAKARTA

AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Officer to join our team at AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the hotel. You will collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot issues, implement IT solutions, and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor all IT systems, networks, and hardware within the hotel.
• Provide timely technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.
• Document IT procedures, incidents, and system configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends to recommend improvements.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related role (Preferably from the Hotel / Hospitality Industry)
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with server management, backups, and cybersecurity practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, PBX)
• Basic networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting)
• Windows Server & client OS
• Virtualization (Proxmox/VMware is a plus)
• Basic database and backup management
• Familiar with CCTV and access control systems
