IT Infrastructure Support Intern

Kargo Tech is looking for IT Infrastructure Support Intern. If you are willing to be hands-on with technical projects, you will be suitable for the job. Your goal will be to leverage tech solutions and IT assets to meet organizational needs.

• Manage, monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure services
• Perform troubleshooting, manage IT asset and reports
• Support end-user related IT infrastructure service include procedural documentation and relevant report
• Provide user tools for new employee or current employees
• Support customer networks problem (review and troubleshooting)

• Knowledge of infrastructure and network practices
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Pursuing BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
• Available to Work from Office
