How did it all start?

Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,
Tunaiku.

Position: IT GRC Team Lead
This position will report directly to the SVP Technology and he will be responsible regarding end to end IT related governance, risk and compliance activities, including discussing and collaborating with OJK, BI and Kominfo. He will lead the IT GRC Team.

Responsibilites:

  • Creating an annual roadmap for IT GRC Team & coordinating it with IT GRC team members
  • Conducting manpower planning assessments
  • Creating good collaboration with Bank Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit Team as well as other Business Line Team. Creating new IT policies and updating existing ones, including promoting and disseminating policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Managing document governance for the Technology Function
  • Conducting IT maturity and governance assessments in accordance with COBIT 2019
  • Evaluating IT vendor performance
  • Performing IT risk assessments
  • Updating the Information Asset Register
  • Implementing ISO 27001 standards
  • Leading the implementation of UU PDP (Personal Data Protection Law)
  • Monitoring DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) and VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing)
  • Meeting all audit requirements, both internal and external
  • Ensuring smooth execution of internal and external audits as well as monitoring the implementation of internal and external audit findings
  • Preparing reports for regulators related to the IT Function
  • Staying informed about changes in regulations relevant to the IT Function.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree graduate in Computer Science or Information System
  • A Master Degree graduate is a plus
  • Minimum working experience of 5 years in IT GRC subject and having experience in leading the team
  • Having experience in Implementing directly ISO 27001 & COBIT 2019 assessment
  • Deep understanding in TOGAF Framework and successfully delivered ITSP based on TOGAF
  • Having intensive experience to work closely with OJK, Bank Indonesia as well as Kominfo.

Bonus Point If:

  • Working in the Financial Service, Banking, FinTech, Payment Gateway or ATM Network Industry
  • Having certificates as Lead Implementer in ISO 27001 and Foundation COBIT 2019
  • Deep understanding in Indonesia PDP Policy
  • Understanding about PCI DSS
