About the Role
The IT-GRC Lead at GTF’s Financial Services Platform will drive the adoption and implementation of a comprehensive IT governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks and processes to enable the continuous improvement of the organization’s IT-GRC posture as well as to ensure security and technology compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and contractual requirements. The role will also be responsible to develop, manage and lead a high performing team to ensure effective delivery of the business and operational goals.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, drive and continuously improve the implementation of IT-GRC frameworks and processes in alignment with industry best practice and corporate risk appetite
- Ensure that security and technology implementation in the organization is aligned / in compliance with applicable legal, regulation and contractual requirements
- Managing both internal and external audit and assessment activities related to security and technology implementation at the organization
- Drive the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 27001 certification at the organization
- Collaborate and align with relevant stakeholders to ensure the accomplishments of IT-GRC related goals, projects and initiatives, including external and regulatory audits
- Develop, manage and lead the IT-GRC team to ensure effective delivery of IT-GRC goals, projects and initiatives
What You Will Need
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in the IT and Security Governance, Risk and Compliance areas with at least 3 years of experience in leading an IT-GRC related team
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the implementation of IT-GRC frameworks and processes as well as the ISO 27001 implementation and certification process
- Hands-on experience in working with regulatory audits conducted by Bank Indonesia or Otoritas Jasa Keuangan is an advantage
- Knowledge of cloud based IT infrastructure and agile development concept are an advantage
- Good command in English, both verbally and written
- Ability to think and work independently, as well as working with high degree of uncertainty, and possessing good decision making ability
- Having a healthy leadership and growth mindset, a healthy dose of curiosity as well as willingness to continuously learn
About the Team
The IT-GRC team in the Financial Services Platform is responsible for driving IT Governance Risk and Compliance processes within the business, product life cycle, infrastructure, and engineering process. This includes managing IT and information security controls, risks and compliance to ensure our people, processes and technology are aligned and compliant with the industry best practices and relevant legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
We are a small team based in Jakarta. The great thing about having a small team is that we've all naturally grown very close, both professionally and personally, and really rely on each other to get the job done. We use the time to share knowledge, update each other on our lives, and sometimes work on a joint side project for research and learning.
